By accessing or using the OTPKart platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Service.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after any changes means you accept the new Terms.

2. Description of Service

OTPKart provides temporary virtual phone numbers from various countries, allowing users to receive SMS verification codes for online services. We act as an intermediary reseller of SMS verification services provided by third-party providers.

3. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• One person may only maintain one account unless explicitly permitted otherwise

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use OTPKart only for lawful purposes. You may NOT use our Service to:

• Create fake accounts on any platform or service
• Engage in fraud, scams, or any deceptive practices
• Bypass multi-factor authentication illegally
• Send spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited content
• Violate the terms of service of any third-party platform
• Engage in any activity that is illegal in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction where our servers operate
• Harass, abuse, or harm any individual or group

5. Payments and Wallet

Deposits

You can add funds to your wallet via our supported payment methods. All deposits are final once confirmed. Deposit amounts are credited in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

Purchases

When you purchase a virtual number, the cost is deducted from your wallet balance immediately. Prices are displayed before purchase and are subject to change based on provider pricing.

No Cash Withdrawals

Wallet balance can only be used for purchases within OTPKart. We do not offer cash withdrawals of wallet balance unless specifically stated for refund purposes.

6. Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information about refunds. In summary:

• Numbers that did not receive an SMS may be eligible for a refund to your wallet
• Successfully received SMS orders are non-refundable
• Deposit refunds require review and may take up to 7 business days

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, provider issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting our support team. Remaining wallet balance upon termination due to Terms violations is forfeited.

9. Limitation of Liability

OTPKart is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in the last 30 days.
